To take part in the Half Marathon, runners must be at least 15 years old on race day, unless they are accompanied by an adult.
For the 5K and 10K, runners must be at least 12 years old on race day, unless they are accompanied by an adult.

Race Packs can be collected from The Run Shop (91A Walkerville Tce, Walkerville) on the Thursday, Friday or Saturday prior to the event. Please note there will be no race pack collection available on Sunday morning.

Absolutely, someone else can collect your race pack on your behalf.

For the safety of all participants, headphones and earbuds are not permitted during the event. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping create a safe environment for everyone on the course.

Yes there is a bag drop available in the event precinct.

Absolutely, you are allowed to walk any of the distances or indeed you can transition between walking and running if you wish. You do however need to make it inside our generous cut off times.

We understand plans can change. This policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to plan and deliver a great event.

Up to 30 days before race day. You can choose one of the following:

• Refund: Entry fee refunded minus a $20 admin fee
• Free deferral: Move your entry to next year’s event (no fee).
  

Within 30 days of race day. No refunds or free deferrals. You may still:

• Transfer your entry to another person ($20 fee)
• Transfer to a different distance (if available) ($20 fee)
• Transfer to next year ($20 fee).

We’ll review these case-by-case and aim to offer a fair outcome (refund, deferral, or credit).

If the event is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances outside of our control (including but not limited to extreme weather or safety concerns):

• Entries will be transferred to a future event date or the following year’s event
• Refunds will not be issued in these circumstances.

This ensures the long-term sustainability of the event and allows us to continue delivering future editions.
